The Journey Behind Mahabharata: Myth or History?
Coming from a career of a well-established software engineer in as an Oracle Life Sciences expert in HCL Technologies, Chandru Ramesh gave up his well-paying job for to support his father in his business for few years.
And also venturing across India and surrounding countries in search of in search of understanding the ancient history of Bharat, he decided to—upon one of his travels while encountering a discussion with a Buddhist monk—he realized that Mahabharat is one such literature which binds the entire Indian subcontinent under one common thread.
And therefore, he felt it’s extremely important for the future—for the present and the future of the Indian civilization—to understand the history, historicity, and the antiquity of this great literature.
And thus, he traveled across the Indian subcontinent studying data from more than 13 plus academic disciplines and collecting all the data and compiling into a best-selling book called as Mahabharat: Myth or History, which has gained accolades and appreciation from from scholarly and Dharmic community worldwide.
Mahabharat: Myth or History is one of the most, if not the most, comprehensive research works on the all the historical footprints of the Mahabharat documented in the last 3,000 years. Which are available in the last 3,000 years documented in a single book.
With 300 plus evidences backed up by 1,000 plus academic citations, this book is undoubtedly a masterpiece which establishes why there are enough reasons for Mahabharat to be a historical event rather than mythology.
