At Historika Foundations, we are committed to transparency, trust, and service to our mission of preserving India’s rich heritage and history. Every contribution and transaction made on our platform directly supports our research, educational programs, digital mapping, and cultural initiatives.

🧾 Donations and Contributions

As a not-for-profit organization, all donations made to Historika Foundations are considered non-refundable. These funds are allocated immediately towards ongoing or upcoming projects, such as archaeological site mapping, documentary film production, and publication of historical works.

However, if you believe a donation was made in error or if you notice unauthorized activity, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and respond promptly.

📦 Digital Products & Services

Historika occasionally offers downloadable resources (e.g., eBooks, research reports, or educational materials). Due to the nature of these digital products, all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange once downloaded or accessed.

In the unlikely event of a technical issue (such as a file not downloading or incorrect product delivery), please contact us within 5 working days, and we will ensure you receive the correct content.

🛍️ Physical Products (Books, Merchandise)

If you purchase physical items (books, merchandise, etc.) from our website:

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging.
